About Tracy Wright

Tracy Wright is a Certified Management Accountant with nineteen years experience in Financial and Cost Accounting.  After earning her Business Administration Diploma at Okanagan College, where she graduated as an Accounting Major ‘with distinction’, Tracy worked as a cost accountant in the transport truck manufacturing industry. Her responsibilities included numerous cost accounting procedures as well as analysis and forecasting of profit margins. As Pricing Manager, she was responsible for ensuring accuracy in option prices and continued profit realization for the company.  

At present, Wright-Way Accounting is the only freelance cost accounting firm in the Okanagan Valley.

Tracy is passionate about involving her clients in the accounting process through basic education and hands-on help. Her goal is to make accounting procedures a little more understandable and a lot more enjoyable for her clients.  She believes that any business can benefit from cost accounting analysis.

Tracy is a member of Kelowna Women in Business, the Kelowna Chamber of Commerce and the Okanagan Valley Entrepreneurs’ Society.  She also volunteers as Treasurer for her synchronized skating team ‘Skate of Mind.’
